Chair Irma Lauter called the Advisory Committee meeting to order at 6:10 PM.
Dan Dwyer updated the Committee regarding the siting of any possible new construction relative to the two parcels discussed in Warrant Article #21 – Cushing Property Acquisition.
Net: the one-acre ‘carve-out’ reserved by the offerer fronts Route 3A, so any future structure on that carve-out would not seem likely to degrade views of the 4.1-acre parcel proposed for acquisition by the Town.
The Committee meeting recessed at 6:42PM and re-convened at the Annual Town Meeting.
The Committee meeting adjourned coincident with the Annual Town Meeting adjournment at 10:52PM.
