1. Call to order
Chair Jerry Seelen called the Advisory Committee meeting to order at 7:05 PM.
2. Approval of Minutes for March 16th
The Committee reviewed and unanimously approved the minutes for March 16th 2010.
3. Warrant Articles
The following proposed Warrant articles were reviewed and voted.

19 By-Law re: Naming of Public Buildings & Lands Affirmative – Unanimous, as amended
59 Shipyard Economic Development Incentive Program Affirmative – Unanimous, as amended
13 Stabilization Fund – Transfer Out Affirmative – Unanimous, as amended
68 Pay Water Bill Affirmative – Unanimous
The Committee reviewed and discussed—but did not vote upon—the following proposed Warrant articles:
• Meals Tax
The revised Comments for the following previously-voted Warrant articles were reviewed and amended.
• By-Law re: Warrant Distribution
4. General Business
The Committee will next meet at 7:00 PM on Thursday, March 18th.
5. Adjourn
The meeting was adjourned at 9:34 PM.
