Present:  Committee Members Seelen, Manning, Asher, Dwyer, Eldredge, Ellison, Farrell, Friedman, Innis, Johnson, Lauter, MacCune, Marwill, O’Meara

  1. Call to order

Chair Jerry Seelen called the Advisory Committee meeting to order at 7:08 PM.

  1. Approval of Minutes for April 13th

The Committee reviewed and unanimously approved the minutes for April 13th 2010, as amended.

Note:  The financial projections presented by Recreation Department Director Mark Thorell are appended on pp. 3-6 of these minutes.

  1. General Business

The Chair reviewed the draft press release regarding the property-tax impact of the proposed FY11 Article 6 budget.  Property tax bills for FY11 will increase, on average, approximately1% if the Committee’s budget recommendations are approved at Town Meeting.
The Committee will next meet in the High School at 6:00 PM on Monday, April 26th.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:48 PM.
