Present: Committee Members Seelen, Manning, Asher, Dwyer, Eldredge, Ellison, Farrell, Innis, Johnson, Lauter, MacCune, Marwill, Mooradian, O’Meara

1. Call to order
Chair Jerry Seelen called the Advisory Committee meeting to order at 6:12 PM.
2. Approval of Minutes for April 15th
The Committee reviewed and unanimously approved the minutes for April 15th 2010.
3. Article #46 (Ward Street Lights)
• Order of Articles. The Committee discussed what its recommendation would be, were a motion made at Town Meeting to change the order of articles from that published in the Warrant.
The Committee voted unanimously to recommend that articles be considered in the order published.
• Paper Ballot. The Committee debated whether to call for a ballot vote following the mandatory voice vote on Article #46.
With the expectation that either the proponents or opponents of the article would have made arrangements for at least 50 voters to promptly call for a ballot vote, if desired, the Committee voted not to direct the Chair to call for a ballot vote following the voice vote.
4. Adjourn
The Committee recessed at 6:35 PM and re-convened at Annual Town Meeting at 7:00 PM.
The Committee meeting adjourned coincident with the Annual Town Meeting adjournment at 10:46 PM.
