Hingham Town Hall
Present: Committee Members Manning, Asher, Dwyer, Eldredge, Ellison, Farrell, Friedman, Innis, Johnson, Marwill, Mooradian, O’Meara, Power, Pyles
1. Call to order
Chair Jack Manning called the Advisory Committee emergency meeting to order at 7:05 PM.
2. Introduction of New Members
The Chair introduced and welcomed new members Mary Power and Tom Pyles.
3. Executive Session with Board of Selectmen
By role-call vote, the Committee unanimously agreed to convene in executive session with the Board of Selectmen to discuss strategy with respect to litigation.
Promptly upon learning the subject of the executive session, Dan Dwyer recused himself and left the meeting.
4. Adjourn
The Committee re-convened in public session and voted to adjourn at 10:09 PM.
