Present: Committee Members Asher, MacCune, Innis, Marwill, Pyles, Sharkansky, Taylor, Dwyer, Farrell, Power, Kutsch, Friedman, MacKay
1. Call to Order
Chairman Jon Asher called the Advisory Committee meeting to order at 7:03 PM.
2. Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the March 6 and March 8, 2012 meetings were approved by a unanimous vote of the members present.
3. Warrant Articles
The AdCom heard the following Warrant Articles and voted as indicated below:
Article HH: Barnes Wharf Lease
Voted unanimously to recommend no action. Prior to the vote, the AdCom was informed that Town Counsel had concluded that the Article violated the Commonwealth's proposal process for land having a value greater than $25,000.
Article T: Zoning: Clarify Provisions re: Non-Conforming Uses
Voted unanimously to approve
Article FF: General Purpose Park Land Swap
Voted unanimously to approve
Article GG: General Purpose Park Parcel Lease
Voted unanimously to approve
Article U: Zoning: Clarify Provisions re: Agricultural Uses
Voted unanimously to approve
Article AA: 43D District
Voted unanimously to approve; Members Pyles and Dwyer abstained
Article P: Zoning: Electronic Message Sign
Voted 9-3 to approve; Members Pyles, Marwill and Dwyer voting in opposition
Article Q: Zoning: Off-Site advertising in IPA
Voted 9-3 to approve; Members Pyles, Marwill and Dwyer voting in opposition
Article OOO: Zoning: Flood Plain Map
Voted unanimously to approve
Article R: Zoning: Bristol & Plymouth Quarries Land #1
Voted unanimously to approve
Article S: Zoning: Bristol & Plymouth Quarries Land #2
Voted unanimously to approve
Article DDD: Expansion of Industrial/Office Park Sewer District
Voted unanimously to approve
4. Adjourn
The meeting was adjourned at 10:57 PM.
