Attendance: Gretchen Condon, Susan Crowley, Gary Ludwig, Laura Burns, Blake Auchincloss, Tim White & Jim O’Brien.
Discussion:
Discussion focused on the drafting details for the RFQ related to the Selectman’s parcel. A new draft will be circulated for discussion at the next meeting.
Introduced the Father Bills & MainSpring organization to extend an invitation to our next meeting. Seems to be well healed in the creating and management of affordable and Veteran’s housing.
Reported on the Lincoln School Apartments Architect selection and the Audit discussions to date.
Laura Burns gave a report on the Thaxter Street boiler progress the Selectman have been making.
Gretchen will follow-up with the Chairman for the CPC Committee on the need for a Warrant Article to return the CPC Loan program funds to CPC.
Motions:
Motion to accept the minutes of 8/17/09 seconded and approved.
Motion to move to executive session to discuss real estate matter and return to public hearing once concluded, seconded and approved. Roll Call unanimous.
Motion to adjourn at 9:40PM seconded and approved.
