Discussion:
Introduced Ned Epstein to give a presentation relating to the Housing Assistance Program (HAP) contract renewal for Lincoln School Apartments.
Discussed the final version for the Selectman’s parcel RFQ to be issued and vote accordingly.
Gave update on 80 Beal Street purchase and sale document and CPC presentation.
Discussed the need for revisiting the Housing Production Plan.
Introduced the idea of moving the South Shore Country Club existing residence to the Beal Street property with renovations into affordable housing units while preserving the character of its history.
Opened discussion on the hiring and applications needed for an assistant to help with administrative duties part-time.
Motions:
Motion: to accept the meeting minutes of 10.14.09 seconded and approved.
Motion: to accept the current version of the Selectman’s Parcel RFQ for approval and distribution in accordance with 30B and the Selectman’s vote.
Motion to adjourn at 9:50PM seconded and approved.
