Discussion:
80 Beal Street: - Discussed Neighborhood and outreach to take place after purchase and well before town meeting.
South Shore Country Club – Discussed the need for an articles at Town meeting to relocate or demolish the existing Litchfield house on the property. A T.O.D. funding recommendation was discussed.
Veterans home: discussed the status of meetings with Father Bills / MainSpring, CPC. Discussed transitional and permanent Veterans housing terms and recent representations related to other committees. Suggested if Town contributes, that strings be attached as first right of refusal to repurchase, or other deed restrictions that ensure intentions.
Lincoln School Apartments: Discussed status of financing, waiting list procedures and current improvement targets.
Distributed letter to Advisory relating to the question of an allocation plan article.
