Attendance: Gretchen Condon, Susan Crowley, Tim White, Laura Burns, Gary Ludwig & Jim O’Brien.
Discussion:
80 Beal Street: - Discussed updated feasibility study dated February 15, 2010 by Clark Brewer, AIA. Confirmed neighborhood outreach letter and settled in on a time period of the week of March 23rd to hold a neighborhood meeting. Will confirm place and send out letter to abutters accordingly. Jim Obrien already has the certified abutters list and labels ready for notice of all within 300’ of the 80 Beal Street property and the Selectman’s parcel.
CPC – confirmed the meeting times and agenda for the joint advisory /Selectman / CPC meeting to be held relating to warrant articles submitted.
Fort Hill Street - Veterans home: Tim White presented the Incident report response from the Quincy Police Department, Dated March 4, 2010 relating to calls and incidents for two homes that Father Bill’s operates. The reported and logged calls stretched as far back as the year 2004 and seemed quite reasonable in description. Our letter dated February 7, 2010 in support for the Veterans house was submitted to the CPC committee on that date. There is a follow-up meeting with several interested parties and the Veterans Council on March 8th, 2010 to discuss matters further.
Lincoln School Apartments: Discussed status of operations.
Motions:
Motion to have the secretary engage a firm to help facilitate the RFQ process and not to exceed $5,000.00 accordingly, seconded and approved.
Motion to submit February 4, 2010 incident report information to CPC for their deliberations.
Motion to approve invoices as presented by the treasurer, seconded and approved.
Motion to adjourn seconded and approved.
