Attendance: Gretchen Condon, Susan Crowley, Tim White, Blake Auchincloss, Gary Ludwig & Jim O’Brien.

Invited Neighborhood to 80 Beal Street by letter to all abutters.
Discussion:
Met with neighbors and presented the 80 Beal Street project to those in attendance.
Explained that we went to the assessors and noticed all abutters with three hundred feet of the 80 Beal Street project and the Selectman’s Parcel.
Neighbors commented that they would prefer no more rental housing in the area. Were happy it was a for sale product we were considering. Also inquired as to how sales prices and income were derived.
Suggestions made to hold another meeting on a Saturday or Sunday so some others could attend.
Also to have meeting on-site at 80 Beal Street to outline site conditions easier.
Motions: Voted to appoint Dick Mason to the Lincoln School Apartments Board of Managers, Seconded and approved.
