Discussion:
Human Resources to work with Chair after Town Meeting for the administrative position.
HAHT will join Grant Makers Library Association for base rate of $85.00. The full computer accessible version would be $275.00
80 Beal Street water meter billing issues resolved.
Susan Connolly of Mass Housing Partnership referred Dave Foss of Cumsky & Levin law firm to use as counsel for condominium documents for 80 Beal Street when necessary.
Blake will report further on Icon study update needed. It was discussed to have the update in a format we could use for the Housing Production Study to ensure a duel purpose for the update.
Reviewed the updates for the RFQ for the Selectman’s parcel from Judi Barrett and moved to have it changed to serve 80 Beal Street first. Will bring updated version to next meeting.
Moved to invoice LSA for the rental fee at $50K / mnth.
Discussed Veterans Home updates and recommendations to date.
Lincoln School Apartments: Discussed status of operations.

Motion to change RFQ process from Selectman’s parcel to 80 Beal Street subject to Town Meeting Approval, seconded and approved.
Motion to submit invoicing for Lincoln School Apartments monthly to ensure debt service is covered.
Motion to join Grant Maker Library, seconded and approved.
Motion to adjourn seconded and approved.
