Attendance: Gretchen Condon, Susan Crowley, Tim White, Gary Ludwig, & Jim O’Brien.
Discussion:
80 Beal Street – discussed the RFQ status and changes as well as a group that wanted to use the site for a gardening enrichment program.
Lincoln School Apartments: Discussed status of operations. Corcoran’s check for rent to cover the bond payment in the amount of $299,789.03 was received. The Treasurer will book and post per invoicing. Also updated the HAP Contract renewal status.
Discussed Human Resources description for the administrative position.
Motions:
Motion to approve invoices for Clark Brewer and Tantilio plumbing related to 80 Beal Street, seconded and approved.
Motion to allow Fluency Factory to use 80 Beal Street for enrichment program of gardening throughout the summer, seconded and approved.
Motion to adjourn seconded and approved.
