Discussion:
80 Beal Street – discussed the final RFQ and the advertising requirements to publish. Also discussed the mowing options, which could be afforded if the enrichment program group was not performing, as well as we expected in care for the property. South Shore Country Club looked at the property and could cut the lawn for a fee of $35 -$40 per cut.
Lincoln School Apartments: Discussed status of operations. Reported on Audit progress, ABCD Grant application, architectural progress and property tax increase billed to the property.
Updated trustees about progress with Father Bills/ MainSpring Veterans house on Fort Hill Street.
Board of Selectman update on discussions for new appointment, taping of meetings and South Shore Country Club mowing options.
Discussed Human Resources description for the administrative position.
Motions:
Motion to issue the final copy of the RFQ as drafted for 80 Beal Street Architectural and permitting services, seconded and approved.
Motion to authorize the South Shore Country Club fees for mowing 80 Beal Street if needed, and to be invoiced to the Trust accordingly, seconded and approved.
Motion to adjourn seconded and approved.
