Discussion:
Conducted interviews for the two finalists for the HAHT administrative position.
80 Beal Street – discussed the final RFQ, response dates and goals.
Lincoln School Apartments: Discussed status of operations. Reported on HAP Contract status.
Discussed property tax allocation between land and buildings based on Deed reported by Lane Partridge. Will discuss further with LSA Board and report back.
Updated trustees about progress with Father Bills/ MainSpring Veterans house on Fort Hill Street.
Discussed $24, 724.00 journal entry on ledger to be explored by Treasurer.
Motions:
Motion to approve selection for HAHT assistant position.
Motion to approve monthly debt service payment for 80 Beal Street be paid as contracted with Rockland Trust Bank.
Motion to adjourn seconded and approved.
