July 15, 2009
I. Call to order
Sandra Peavey called to order the regular meeting of the Hingham CAC at 6:30pm on 7/15/2009 in Hingham Town Hall.
II. Roll call
Eric Connerly conducted a roll call. The following persons were present: Amy Goebel, Katy Gallagher-Wooley, Jim Dellot, Sandra Peavey, Eric Gauthier, and Eric Connerly
Also present: Chair of Selectmen Laura Burns
III. Open issues
a) Staffing
Ms. Goebel proposed, Mr. Connerly seconded and the committee UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED the memo from Mr. Dellot regarding staffing, as amended
b) Audience member John asked what the money from the town’s franchisees could be used for and Ms. Burns explained that it could be used to produce cable related content.
IV. Adjournment
Ms. Peavey adjourned the meeting at 7:30pm. Committee attended the Advisory Board Committee meeting immediately after.
