Call to order
Sandra Peavey called to order the regular meeting of the Hingham CAC at 7:10pm on 10/06/2009 in Hingham Town Hall. The meeting reconvened at 9:10 pm
Roll call
Eric Connerly conducted a roll call. The following persons were present: Amy Gauthier, Katy Gallagher-Wooley, Eric Dresser, Sandra Peavey, Eric Gauthier, and Eric Connerly. Jim Dellot, Amy Goebel and Rob Kirk were not present.
Open issues
Review of presentation before Board of Selectmen Meeting
The committee reviewed its presentation before the Board of Selectmen at 7:30. Ms. Goebel entered during the Selectmens' meeting.
After reconvening, Ms. Peavey and Ms. Goebel agreed to discuss the issues raised at the BoS meeting with the selectmen.
Nov. 2 was set as the next meeting
Adjournment
Ms. Peavey suspended the meeting at 7:30 pm. She adjourned the meeting at 10:15 pm
