Attending: Chairman Ray Eisenbies, Ron Kirven, Lucy Hancock, Jonathan Asher (representing the Advisory Committee)
Ray Eisenbies called the meeting to order at 6:08 PM in the 3rd floor West Hearing Room.
The COC agreed to restore the server virtualization to the FY2011 Information Technology capital budget at a cost of $90,000. This will result in operating savings and more efficient use of technology staff time in FY2011. In addition, all the funds for technology in subsequent years are based on the implementation of the server virtualization.
The revised total Capital Outlay budget for FY2011 is $1,316,325. The COC recommends setting aside $200K in the Advisory Committee Reserve Fund for capital-related purchases and emergencies in FY2011.
The COC unanimously approved the revised Capital Outlay budget for FY2011.
The COC also approved the 2/3/2010 meeting minutes and the 2/16/2010 meeting minutes with suggested revisions.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:19 PM so committee members could attend the meeting of the Board of Selectmen.
