Committees: Herbert L. Foss Committee Herbert L. Foss Naming Committee A five member committee consisting of three members of the Veterans Council, one member of the Planning Board, and one member of the Harbor Development Committee, to design a memorial along the waterfront and recognize the service of Medal of Honor recipient Herbert Foss approved by the Board of Selectmen on March 1, 2012.
