- Greetings and welcome to committee members
- Discussion about how to set priorities for areas of study during the first year
- Discussion about how and whether to set goals for the first year
- Discussion about process; how to proceed most efficiently to meet goals;how to include residents who have expressed an interest in the committee and possibly others to become involved in the process
- Possibility of holding an Open Hearing in the Fall to encourage resident input
- Possibility of setting up a place on the Town of Hingham website to encourage resident feedback
- Possibility of holding a meeting with Selectmen and Advisory Committee in August or September
- Agenda items for our next scheduled meeting
