• Scott Plympton: scribe
• February Minutes reviewed and approved

Estuary Map 'of undeveloped land'

We reviewed a revised 2010 map from Judith of the undeveloped land within the Weir River Estuary.
• Inaccuracies were noted for revision
• We will post this to Hingham's Open Space Plan after vetting
• This activity will be added to the matrix

Hingham Open Space Plan

• Faith requested WREP committee to approve the Hingham OSP's delineations for priority purchase.
o Motion approved.

Hull Land Conservation Trust

• HLCT has recently applied for a Conservation Partnership grant with the Trustees of the Reservation. The $75K grant would have the TTOR purchase ½ of the conservation restriction. Hull Conservation Committee approves the support.
• Save the date: The 'Sun is Out" Art auction and creative black tie dance at the Red Parrot, March 20 to support the HLCT.

Hingham Town Report

• WREP activities and contributions were submitted to the Hingham annual town report. Hingham selectmen have a copy of all meeting minutes from last year.
• With minor adjustments, motion to submit this info to both Cohasset and Hull for their 2009 Town Annual reports. Approved.

Estuary Park Forum

Continued planning for a charette or powwow on the WREP Committee and the next activities for an estuary park.
• We reviewed a draft of the event's invitation as prepared by Dick Avery
• We recognized that considerable preparation work is required in order for this event to be successful.
• Due to activity and timing constraints, we have move the event from spring to fall 2010 (October 20th proposed).
• Preparation activities include:
o Develop maps that show revised park boundaries. Include the boundaries of the ACEC and Rivers Protection Act.
o Identify points of interest (leverage the Paddling Guide)
o Create a list of invitees to be circulated among the committee members. Ask up to 80 and expect to get 40 participants.
o Leverage the preamble of the WREP Land Protection Plan to provide a historical background of our efforts.
o Identify the roles and responsibilities for each of the stakeholders
 Define the work to be done. Ask, where does you or your group fit in with this?
 Education, Recreation, Water Resources, Land Protection
o Identify Outcomes:
 To form an alliance. To create a shared ownership or investment for the management of this resource.
