Activities Matrix Review
We reviewed and revised the WREP Activities Matrix.
• Reviewed the Matrix and updated the current status and next steps of all activities that affect the Weir River Estuary.
• Revised Matrix included with the meeting minutes
Estuary Park Forum
Continued planning for a proposed forum and the next activities for the establishment of an estuary park:
• Faith presented a document that defines the Resource Management Plan for an ACEC.

• For our next meeting, members are urged to please read the guideline and WREP Land Protection Plan.
• Open discussion was held on the defining the WREP boundaries.
• Draw a map. Define the park.
• Include and color all protected lands
• Define the borders that show a 200' Rivers / Wetlands Protection Act boundaries.
• Define the outer boundary of the ACEC
• Identify points of interest (leverage the Paddling Guide)
• Work with a digitized/electronic version of the map.

• No meetings in July or August
• Next meeting is September 8, 2010, at Estuary Center
