Committees: Hingham TV Cable Advisory Committee Do you have a message you want to get out to the community? Hingham residents and Hingham non-profit organizations have the opportunity, at no cost, to place non-promotional or non-commercial announcements on the Hingham Public Access Bulletin Board which provides news and event announcements of specific interest to Hingham residents. First time users will be given priority over regular users.
