MEETING MINUTES of SITE VISIT
Present: Eugene Babin-Chair, Carolyn Nielsen-Vice Chair, William Grafton, Scott McIsaac and Cliff Prentiss, Conservation Officer
Absent: Doug Harvey, Charles Berry
Applicant Present: Nicholas Trifone and A. Trifone
Representative Present: Jim Burke, Decelle Group
- Recommendations: boring and transects be performed
- Can corral be relocated farther from wetlands?
- Lots of trash was cleaned up without an Order of Conditions to the applicants credit. The trash removal is a clear benefit.
- Does old 25' apply - seems not
- Plantings recommended
- 15 to 20 horses max according to applicant
