Present: Carolyn Nielsen-Chair, Charles Berry-Vice Chair, Scott McIsaac, Daniel Coughlin and Cliff Prentiss, Conservation Officer

Old/New Business
1. Approve Draft Minutes – 9/27/10
Discussion: Edits were discussed.
Motion: Commissioner McIsaac motioned to approve the 9/27/10 minutes as amended.
Second: Commissioner Berry In Favor: All Opposed: None
2. Selection of Conservation Commission Meeting Dates for January 2011 – August 2011
Discussion: The following dates were selected for the 01/11-08/11 meetings: 1/10, 1/ 24, 2/7, 2/28, 3/14, 3/28, 4/11,
4/25 (1 hour meeting due to Town Meeting); 5/9, 5/23, 6/6, 6/20, 7/11, 8/15; (Summer Schedule for July and August - only 1 Conservation Commission meeting per month).
3. The Conservation Officer noted that two more hunters have requested written permission to bow hunt – James Hall and Robert Achilles.
Discussion:
The Commission wanted to know if 12 hunters are a safe limit with the properties designated for hunting. The Conservation Officer noted yes.
Motion: Commissioner Berry motioned to approve J. Hall and R. Achilles to bow hunt on the designated parcels noted by the Conservation Officer.
Second: Commissioner Coughlin In Favor: All Opposed: None
Discussion and approval of Orders of Conditions
Ward Street Turf Fields Project – DEP SE 34 1016
10 Bradley Park Drive (Hingham Tennis Club) – DEP SE 34 1048
26 Shipyard Drive (Formally 349 Lincoln Street) – DEP SE 34 1047
Discussion:
The Commission discussed the draft order prepared for the closed hearing dealing with the Ward Street Fields with the Conservation Officer. The draft order was amended as suggested by the Commission.
Questions about the draft order were addressed to the Commission from the public.

The Conservation Officer noted that these two orders will follow the basic template for Orders.
