Status of Construction
Talbot's pump station continues.
72" drain at Central St. is complete.
54" work is done at the moment. Town Brook should be activated by the end of January.
Lincoln Street sewer is progressing well and should be done by next week.
Work behind South Street pump station on transformers and emergency generator continues.
Tide gate near harbor has been delivered. Work should begin after sewer work is complete.
Earth support work continues.
Verizon Update
Meeting will take place on Monday with Cashman.
The Board of Selectmen will discuss alteration of the grant of location on January 6, 2005.
Zoning Board of Appeals approved the new equipment box on Central St.
Town's Concerns
Pipe splice use documentation and compaction reports have still not been provided by MBTA.
Some repairs are completed. Camera inspection of additional sections has been completed. Dave Polcari has requested a copy of the video tape.
Dewatering bill still not paid.
Cashman will be responsible for snow removal and sanding if road is not completed.
Paving on North Street needs to be temporary. A letter has been sent to Cashman proposing an approach to temporary paving.
Signs that were removed during construction were identified and discussed.
Truck plan still needed for excavation material.
