Verizon knows who is served by the copper cables which are being moved.  Approximately 900 customers are involved.  A letter will be sent out to customers in the event of an outage.  The Selectmen should tell people to call Verizon in the event of a loss of service.  Last time customers did not call assuming Verizon knew that they lost service.
Deputy Chief Mark Duff will update the emergency contact list of town employees and provide it to Verizon.  Sue Sullivan will be contacted as a representative of downtown businesses.
The alternate fiber feed to Town Hall will be ready next week.  The Deputy Chief requests that 1212 and 2424 ring both in Dispatch and at Fire Headquarters.
Back up lines for the Fire Station have not been finished yet.

Town's Concerns

An agreement to do the skim coat paving in front of St. Paul's has been reached.  Pavement markings also need to be done.
Town would like to see overall project schedule now that permits are in hand.  (It is under development.)
Camera inspection of additional sewer sections is completed.  The video tape was delivered.  The Sewer Department has concerns about the inspection and the condition of the sewer. Sewer representative states that the as-built drawing of force main on Lincoln Street is lacking in detail.  Fiore and CBB are discussing.  Jim Dow presented a letter to Kevin McRea re:  sewer concerns.  Sewer representative asks for a notice before pump station begins operation.
Paving on North Street needs to be temporary.  A letter has been sent to Cashman proposing an approach to temporary paving.  (Waiting on DPW Bids)
Signs that were removed during construction were ordered and some have been replaced. Striping of crosswalks and centerline on Station Street also needed once the weather improves.  The punch list work is ongoing.
Truck plan still needed for excavation material.  The estimate is for 15-30 trucks a day over a 3-month period, starting in May or June.  Town has developed  a plan and provided it to Cashman.
73 North Street requests repair of steps damaged during construction.  Tom Carroll is talking to homeowner.
A grate is needed for the day-lighting structure installed for Town Brook.  This may be an environmental issue.  Cliff Prentiss is working on it.  The Department of Marine Fisheries is opposed to grates.
