Status of Construction
Town Brook is completed to Main Street.
8" sewer work begins today at Central Street. It could be done by end of next week.
Stub for sewer is done for Bank Ave.
Paving starts Friday on North Street. Sidewalk work to follow immediately.
Right-of-way work continues for tunnel.
Gas main on Station Street should be completed by next Friday.
Verizon
There is a need to retrieve rods in front of The Snug.
No progress on final resolution of relocation of telephone conduits.
Aquarion
Water work in North Street was done last night.
Sleeve for Hersey Street will be delivered tomorrow.
Valve installation will be done Tuesday and Wednesday.
Town's Concerns
Gas pipe intersects a drain line in front of the Snug. It has to be removed.
Pump on North Street is a line of sight issue for traffic.
