There is a sag in the sewer pipe in North Street that needs to be addressed.

The Town has provided estimate for North Street paving. The Town requests an executed MOU from CBB. There is still a disagreement on the Contractor's responsibilities.

Sewer odor problem has been improved but not entirely eliminated.
Punch list continues. Major items remaining are largely related to sewer work. There is agreement by all parties on the outstanding issues.
