OCTOBER 8, 2009
A posted meeting of the Hingham Board of Health (Board) was held in the East Hearing Room, 210 Central St. Hingham, Massachusetts.
The meeting was called to order by Dr. Shilts at 2:07pm.

Bruce Capman, RS, Executive Health Officer
James Toomey, Esq., Hingham Town Counsel
AGENDA
Dr. Shilts reviewed the proposed agenda with the Board.
Thereafter, the agenda was approved as presented.
HEALTH DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL
Atty. Toomey addressed the Board for the purpose of discussing litigation strategy relative to Hingham Health Dept. employee Mr. Michael McDonald.
Thereafter, a Motion was made by Mr. Bickford and Seconded by Mr. White and it was VOTED;
To enter into EXECUTIVE SESSION pursuant to MGL c. 39, § 23B (3), for a period of approximately forty (40) minutes, to discuss litigation strategy in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel.
