A posted public meeting of the Hingham Board of Health (the Board) was held in the South Central Hearing Room, 210 Central St. Hingham, Massachusetts.
The meeting was called to order by Mr. White at 8:00 am.

Thereafter, a Motion was made by Mr. Bickford and Seconded by Mr. White and it was VOTED (unanimous);
To grant two Variances from the Hingham Supplemental Rules and Regulations sections VI.9, VI.12(a) and conditional on the eight (8) conditions stated by Mr. Capman on his 10/11/07 report.

The Board discussed the following issues:
Thereafter, a Motion was made by Mr. Bickford and Seconded by Mr. White and it was VOTED (unanimous);
To grant two Variances from the Hingham Supplemental septic Rules and Regulations sections VI.9, VI.12(a) and conditional on the twelve (12) conditions stated by Mr. Capman which is to be incorporated in the BOH Approval letter.
DEFINITIVE SUBDIVISION PLAN

The Board discussed the following issues:
Due to the last minute submission of the new plan, Mr. Bickford made a motion to continue this matter to the September Board of Health meeting to allow the Board time to review this new proposal. Motion seconded by Mr. White and it was VOTED (unanimous).
SHARE SEPTIC SYSTEM DISCUSSION
4 OAKWOOD ROAD
Applicant: Chris Dubois, owner
Applicant’s Engineer: Gary James
The Board discussed the following issues:
Mr. James feels that creating a condominium association would probably be the best way to go for the management and maintenance of the SDS. No motion on this matter.
