Minutes of the Hingham Personnel Board
Special Meeting
December 19, 2011
The Personnel Board met on Monday, December 19, 2011 at Hingham Town Hall. Present at the meeting were: Michael Puzo, Chairman, and members Marie Harris, David Pace and Nelson Ross.
1. Michael Puzo, Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m..
2. The Board reviewed a request from Michael Salerno Chairman of the Sewer Commission to grant a two week extension of sick leave for Jim Dow, Supervisor. After discussion and taking into consideration the recommendation of Michael Salerno and Ted Alexiades, Town Administrator, upon motion duly made and seconded, it was:
VOTED: To approve the two week extension of sick leave for Jim Dow.
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was concluded at 7:25 p.m.
