This Form A is to create frontage on Heather Lane as shown on a plan prepared by R.A.S. Associates, dated April 12, 2010.
It was moved, seconded and SO VOTED to endorse the Form A entitled “Plan of Land in Hingham, Massachusetts,” prepared for Matthew L. Fortuin, dated April 12, 2010 and prepared by R.A.S. Associates, 30 Carolyn Drive, Plymouth, MA.
210 East Street and Chief Justice Cushing Highway, Form A
This Form A is to create Open Space Lots as shown on plans prepared William E. Rainey, R.L.S., dated December 9, 2009 and April 13, 2010.
It was moved, seconded and SO VOTED to endorse the Form A entitled “Historic Preservation 210 East Street, Hingham, Massachusetts,” dated December 16, 2009 and “Open Space Lot, Asses. Sht. 64, Lot 6, Chief Justice Cushing Highway, Hingham, MA,” dated April 13, 2010prepared for Mike Cushing and prepared by William E. Rainey, R.L.S., 48 Bourne Street, Bridgewater, MA.
