The Hingham Striders Fitness Room features top quality commercial-grade aerobic and weight training equipment. The aerobic equipment includes nine treadmills, six ellipticals, four stationary bikes, and two stair masters. The Fitness Room features a variety of weight training equipment including dumbbells and more than a dozen weight bearing strength machines.

Babysitting is available to Fitness Room members Monday & Friday from 9-12 a.m and Tuesday - Thursday 8:30 am - 11:30 am. The fee for babysitting is four dollars per hour for each child. Certified personal trainers are available for a fee of fifty dollars per hour.

The Striders Fitness Room is conveniently located at The Hingham Recreation Department 210 Central Street. With an annual fee of $125 and a semi annual fee of $85 the Striders Fitness room is known as the best deal in town.
