Call to Order: 7:39 P.M.
Members Present: Jones, Thorne, Campbell, Dolan and Bosworth
New Business: Field Usage Fees
1. There was discussion among Board members regarding the raising of field usage fees. The following fee structures were suggested and discussed.
a. Hourly
b. Percentage of registration fees charged
c. Flat fee from $5.00 to an undetermined amount
d. Club Teams/Business
2. Town Leagues Fee Structure
a. Motion by Chairman Bosworth: to raise fee to a sum of $7.50 to $8.50, no 2nd motion dies.
b. Motion by Frank Jones: to raise fees to $10.00 per hour no 2nd motion dies.
c. Motion by Tori Dolan: to change the fee structure for town teams to an hourly rate of $8.00 per hour for field usage.

Motion Passes: (4 to 1) Jones, Dolan, Bosworth, Campbell in favor
Thorne opposed
3. Discussion on tier structure for field usage fee
Tier 1 – Hingham Youth Programs and Hingham Public Schools ($8.00 per hour)
Tier 2- Adult Programs, Hingham Private Schools, Individuals and Non-Profit Club teams with proof of 501-C3 FormST-2 Certificate of Exemption. ($25.00 per hour)
Tier 3- For profit businesses ($40.00 per hour)
Motion by Frank Jones: That Tier One be accepted as is.
2nd Tori Dolan:
Motion Passes: Unanimous
Motion by Chairman Bosworth: That Tier Two be accepted as is.
2nd Tom Campbell:
Motion Passes: (3 to 2) Campbell, Bosworth, Dolan in favor
Jones, Thorne opposed
Motion by Chairman Bosworth: That Tier 3 be accepted as is.

Motion Passes: Unanimous
