Recreation Commission Meeting Minutes: October 07, 2009
Call to Order: Meeting called to order by Chairman Bosworth at 7:15 P.M.
Members Present: Jones, Thorne, Campbell, Bosworth and Jerry Seelan (Member of the Advisory Board)
New Business: There was discussion on the Rules and Roles of the Recreation Commission
1) Reviewed current proposal
2) Suggestions by Mr. Seelan regarding the Advisory Boards rules and roles
3) Suggestion made that it is not a necessity have roles and rules governing the Recreation Commission since it is an elected board.
Motion to Adjourn: Made by Frank Jones
2nd by Scott Bosworth
Passed unanimous
Meeting adjourned at 7:50 P.M.
