Call to Order: Meeting called to order by Chairman Bosworth at 7:05 P.M.
Members Present: Jones, Thorne, Campbell, Bosworth and Dolan
Others in Attendance: Lieutenant Norkitis Hingham Police Department, Mark Thorell Director Hingham Recreation
New Business: There was discussion on the Police details for the 2009 Fourth of July Road Race
1) Amount of the outstanding bill
2) The number of officers on detail
3) Alternatives to reduce the number of details.
