Call to Order: by Chairman Frank Jones @ 7:05 p.m.

Open Forum: No issues
Old Business: Summer Baseball – Recreation Director Mark Thorell has met with representatives from Hingham Little League and Hingham Travel Baseball, Inc to work out field assignment schedules.
New Business
Chairman Jones welcomed new members.
Road Race Update – See Director’s report.
Summer Program Update – Director Mark Thorell gave an overview of the program sessions scheduled for this summer.
School Fees – Due to the increase in school activity fees this Fall, Tom Belyea
plans to attend school department meetings to assess potential financial impact on recreational services.
Ward Street conservation walkthrough – Tom Belyea attended June 28 onsite meeting. Plans are in proposal stage, and recreation commission presence may make a difference as plan impact is changed.
