A regular meeting of the Town of Hingham Contributory Retirement Board was held in the Town Hall on Thursday, September 21, 2006. Ted C. Alexiades, Thomas P. Hall, Eileen A. McCracken and Jean M. Montgomery were present. Henry F.G. Wey, III was absent.
The meeting was called to order by Ted C. Alexiades at 2:10 P.M.
A motion was made by Eileen A. McCracken and seconded by Thomas P. Hall to approve the minutes of the August 24, 2006 board meeting.
AYE 4-0. It was unanimously voted.
A motion was made by Thomas P. Hall and seconded by Eileen A. McCracken to approve the following retirement allowances and expenses:

The Cash Flow Report through September 30, 2006 was discussed.
Mark Cerilli retired on an Ordinary Disability August 10, 2005, is asking that his retirement allowance be modified until further notice. Mr. Cerilli works as an R.N. and expects to exceed his earnings limitation. Mr. Cerilli will receive no pension and his retirement allowance will be limited to payment of his annuity.
The Monthly Account Statement and PRIT Fund performance for the period ending August 31, 2006 was discussed. The PRIT Core Fund returned 1.72% for the month of August and 7.89% calendar year-to-date.
A motion was made by Eileen A. McCracken and seconded by Thomas P. Hall to adjourn the meeting at 2:50 P.M.
