Ms. Tully noted that the Special Town Meeting would be held Monday, December 11 at the High School. She asked all citizens to attend.
Ms. Newell announced that the winners of this year's Donna Mayberry Greenberg Employee Recognition Awards. The Customer Service Award this year is awarded to Liz MacVarish of the Town Clerk's Office. The Efficiency Award winner is Linda Harper from the Library.
Mr. Edmundson joined the meeting.
The Board heard the following budgets:

Mr. Riley said he had received several calls regarding the Hersey House. The building is in need of a coat of paint and the brush is growing up around it. Mr. Cristello said that Mr. Hastings had indicated that one of his consultants was working on relocating the housing in the rear. Mr. Riley said he had also received calls regarding the storage of floats on Barnes Wharf. Mr. Cristello reported that the floats had been stored there in the off-season for a few years.
Mr. Edmundson noted that a letter had been received regarding noise from the Snug. He and Mr. Cristello will follow up on this. Thursday, November 30 is the last day to register to vote at the Special Town Meeting. Mr. Cristello reported that he had been over in Cohasset two days this week interviewing candidates for Fire Chief. Tomorrow there will be a meeting with Corinne Young and Anne Malewicz of the DEP about getting the Army Corps back into Bare Cove Park to clean up contamination, which is clearly their responsibility. The Finance Director spoke to the firm who researches insurance policies and they believe they may be able to assist the Town.
