Mr. Edmundson called the meeting to order. Mr. Riley was conferenced in via speakerphone.
Voted - to accept the minutes of March 6, 13 and April 10, 2007
Voted - to accept the minutes of March 27, 2007 (Mr. Edmundson and Ms. Tully)
Voted - to accept the minute of April 3, 2007 as amended (Mr. Edmundson and Mr. Riley)
Mr. Riley advised that he would be unable to attend the Annual Town Meeting due to illness.
The Board voted by roll call vote to adjourn to executive session for the purpose of discussing a personnel matter and not to return to open session prior to the 7:00 pm Annual Town Meeting.
