Regular Session 6:05 pm.
Ms. Tully, Ms. Burns

The Board voted by roll call vote to adjourn to executive session to discuss real estate matters and to return to open session in approximately 5 minutes.

Ms. Burns – yes
Ms. Tully – yes

Counsel to the Town James Toomey reviewed the terms of the proposed agreement with Six Station Street LLC.

Voted - to sign the agreement between Six Station Street LLC and the Town of Hingham.

Ms. Burns – yes
Ms. Tully – yes

The Board resumed open session.
Mr. Riley joined the meeting.

Voted - to approve the minutes of the regular sessions of April 1 and April 8, 2008.

Voted - to authorize the Chairman to sign the funding agreement with the Massachusetts School Building Authority when it is ready.

Voted - to waive the building permit fees, but not the inspection fees, for the new Elementary School Building project.

Voted - to sign a Memorandum of Agreement between SEIU Local 888 for the Hingham Library Staff Association and the Town covering the period July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2010.

Voted - to grant Request for Counsel as submitted by the Conservation Commission.

Ms. Tully suggested the board adjourn with the possibility of reconvening if an agreement on the Hersey House stone wall is received before the Town Meeting begins.
