The Board met in joint session with the Country Club Management Committee to discuss the situation at the Country Club.
The Board discussed the need for a business plan for the Country Club and requested the Management Committee create a such a plan.
Voted - to appoint Steve Nolan as special counsel to the Town.
Voted - to appoint Leslie Badger and John Souther Special Police Officers for the ensuring year.
Voted - to approve Request for Counsel for the Recreation Commission contingent upon receipt of the proper paperwork.
Meeting adjourned 7:50 pm.
