Mr. Riley, Ms. Burns, Mr. Rabuffo
Voted - to appoint Paul J. Casey to the Country Club Management Committee to fill an unexpired term ending in 2009.
Voted - to appoint Kerry Ryan to the Country Club Management Committee for a five-year term ending in 2011.
Voted - to designate members of the Country Club Management Committee as special municipal employees.
Voted - to appoint Arthur Smith to the Trustees of G.A.R. Hall to serve the term of Keith Jermyn until his return from active duty.
Voted - to appoint Susan Crowley a member of the Affordable Housing Trust for a term expiring in 2010.
Ms. Foley explained that Mr. Toomey expected the taking of the Mobil Station located at 24 Summer Street to go forward early next week.
Voted - to sign an Order of Taking by eminent domain for municipal purposes of the property shown as Lot 3 on Assessors’ Map 51 containing approximately 22,123 square feet.
Voted - by roll call vote, to adjourn to executive session for the purpose of discussing collective bargaining issues and not to return to open session this afternoon.
