Mr. Riley, Ms. Burns, Mr. Rabuffo
The Board discussed the right of first refusal on the Lincoln School Apartments.
Voted - to exercise the Town’s right of first refusal on the Lincoln School Apartments.
The Board voted, by roll call vote, to go into executive session for purpose of contract discussions and to return to open session in approximately one hour.
Ms. Burns – yes
Mr. Rabuffo – yes
Mr. Riley – yes
The Board resumed open session at 10:35 am.
The Board discussed the vacancies in the Department of Public Works. One Highway laborer was made permanent just prior to last week’s announcement. Two other temporary laborers have left the department. Mr. Sylvester in his capacity as Interim Superintendent of Public Works will also serve as the Acting Tree Warden.
The Department of Public Works in conjunction with Mr. Fernandes will be working on a five year plan for roadwork in Town.
