The proponents of the Ward Street Fields advised that the proposal has been scaled back by deleting the dome, the stadium seating and the connection to Plymouth River School. The revised plan calls for two turf fields, lights, a small concession stand, bathrooms and portable seating.
The Board discussed the proposals and listened to comments, pro and con, from the audience.
Voted - to move forward in principle with support for moving ahead with the application for a turf field on the Ward Street parcel controlled by the Selectmen.
Meeting adjourned 9:25 pm.
