The Board discussed the insurance bidding procedure. Mr. Alexiades will prepare an RFP for next week.
The Board reviewed the conservation restriction on the Cushing Property with Mr. Toomey.
Voted - to approve the acceptance of the land located on East Street in Hingham by the Conservation Commission by deed of Michael Charles Cushing and to approve the acceptance of the land located on Chief Justice Cushing Way by the Conservation Commission by deed of Michael C. Cushing.
The Board adjourned to the Annual Town Meeting.
