Mr. Rabuffo, Mr. Riley
Mr. Rabuffo said there had been discussion relative to the possibility of mediation with The Hastings Companies relative to the Hersey House litigation.
Mr. Riley said that after conferring with counsel he agreed that mediation of this case is worth consideration.
Voted - to enter into mediation with Thomas J. Hastings Properties, Inc. and Hingham Square Townhomes, LLC relative to the issues involved in the complaint and counterclaim in the litigation pending in Plymouth County to discuss resolution of any or all issues surrounding the Hersey House property.
Meeting adjourned 5:40 pm.
