Mr. Rabuffo, Mr. Riley, Ms. Burns
Mr. Rabuffo called the meeting to order.
Voted - to sign a contract with Schmidt Equipment Inc. for the purchase of one new 2010 John Deere Front End Loader Model 544K in the amount of $92,500.
The Board then concluded the open session and
Voted, by roll call vote, to adjourn to Executive Session for purpose of mediation with Thomas J. Hastings Properties, Inc. and Hingham Square Townhomes, LLC relative to the issues involved in the complaint and counterclaim in the litigation pending in Plymouth County to discuss resolution of any or all issues surrounding the Hersey House property. The Board will reconvene in open session at the conclusion of the mediation process.
