Sewer Commission Meetings Sewer Commission Meetings are held in the Hingham Town Hall, usually in our office located on the second floor, unless otherwise posted. All meetings are open to the public. If you wish to be placed on the agenda for an upcoming meeting, please write to the Sewer Commission office in advance and explain your situation, concern or reason for wishing to be added to the agenda. Please include your name, address and a telephone number with your request. You will be notified when a meeting is scheduled. You may drop off your request in person or mail it to the office
